T. Ganesh Rao, A boy from a bamboo art family based out of a small city Berhampur, Odisha who had big dreams in his eyes and courage to fulfil them, His journey from being a Production Head at Saint Gobain to Being a renowned Tattoo Artist is not less than any roller coaster ride. I formerly started my corporate journey as Production helper and in no time with my hard work and sheer dedication I soon became the Production Head at Saint Gobain. I excelled as the Production Head, showcasing exceptional leadership skills and a keen eye for detail. Till this, everything was going fine until one day I decided to have a tattoo, the 1st tattoo of my life and in the process of getting my tattoo I fell in love with Tattoo art and started researching about it and in the due course of time it became my passion. Despite my professional success, I wasn’t able to ignore the deep-seated desire to explore my artistic inclinations. Soon realised that my true calling lay in the realm of tattooing, a medium that allowed me to merge creativity with my love for visual expression. With dream in eyes and Driven by passion, I decided to take a leap of faith and pursue a career as a tattoo artist. Leaving the comfort of a stable job behind, I dared to embarked on a journey filled with challenges and uncertainties. Undeterred, I immersed myself in the world of tattooing, eager to learn the craft from the ground up. I came back to Odisha to pursue my passion in search to learn from the best. I came across a friend who told me about SKIVAS and Om Sir. I went to him and told about my journey and the passion to learn tattooing. From there things went around the learning process started. The process of being an amateur tattoo artist to being the Professional. The journey of this was filled with a lot of up and downs and immense learning which would not have been possible without the guidance of Om Sir and senior tattoo artist who helped and supported me throughout the journey, apprenticing under their guidance. From mastering the fundamental techniques to understanding the intricacies of different tattoo styles, i invested countless hours honing his skills. With each passing day, my talent flourished, and I began to develop unique artistic style. My attention to detail, ability to interpret clients' ideas, and the finesse with which i executed each tattoo soon garnered me recognition in the industry. People were drawn to my work, not only for the precision and artistry but also for the genuine passion i infused into every piece. Post training and learning setting up my name in the tattoo industry wasn't easy, but my determination propelled me forward. My tirelessly built a reputation for myself, forging connections with clients, fellow artists, and tattoo enthusiasts alike. Through word of mouth and his growing online presence, I started to attract a loyal following. That was the day and today is the day, I gained respect from people and became a respected figure in the tattoo industry. My studio has become a haven for individuals seeking unique and meaningful body art. My work spans a wide range of styles, from traditional and neo-traditional to realism and abstract designs. Last but not the least all I want to summarise is, “Believe in yourself”. I as an individual dared to follow my dreams and transform my passion into a successful career. With unwavering dedication and relentless hard work, I transitioned from the corporate world to become a renowned tattoo artist, leaving an indelible mark in the tattoo industry.
